Everything included · nothing else

The same system inside every snapshot.

Those are the parts. This is them running. Nothing here is a separate purchase and nothing is held back for a higher tier — what changes between snapshots is the trade the wording is written for, not the contents.

Somebody gets in touch

  • AI Receptionist

Picks up whenever the phone rings, works out what they need, books it, and hands over the ones worth a person.

Talks like a person, not a phone tree · Puts the booking straight in the diary · Switches to Spanish mid-call

  • AI Chatbot

One assistant across five inboxes, replying the moment a message lands rather than the next morning.

Site, SMS, email, Facebook, Instagram · Sorts a buyer from a browser · Handles existing customers as well

  • Professional Website

The site itself, written and indexable, with forms that hold up and a calendar that actually books.

Copy already written for the trade · Indexable from day one · Forms and calendars that stand up legally

They are not ready yet

  • AI Outbound Caller

Rings the people who went quiet: the missed appointment, the estimate never answered, the customer from two years ago.

Rings back the no-shows · Warms the leads that went cold · Leaves a message worth returning

The appointment holds

  • Smart Appointment System

Confirms on the spot, nudges three times, and goes after the empty slot inside the hour.

Confirmed before they put the phone down · Nudged at a day, an hour, a quarter-hour · Chased inside the hour when it slips

The good jobs get seen

  • Review Harvesting

The trigger at the finish line: the moment a job is marked complete, the request goes out.

Triggered the moment the job closes · Straight to Google or Facebook · Asks again, politely, twice

  • Review Automation

The engine behind it: the cadence, the channel mix and the follow-ups that keep running all month.

Runs on a rhythm, not on memory · Whichever channel they actually read · Stops the second they answer

They come back

  • Database Reactivation

Works the list you already own — inactive customers, dead leads, cold prospects.

Wakes up at six months of silence · Calls, rather than emails into a void · With a reason to come back

  • Lifetime Nurture Campaigns

The reminders, offers and referral asks that keep a customer for years, running without a diary note.

Season by season, without a diary note · Offers that land at the right time · A referral scheme that runs itself

End-to-end automation

How the complete system works

From the first missed call to the fifth year of a customer relationship. Five stages, running whether or not anyone is at a desk.

  1. Somebody gets in touch

Phone, text, chat, form or ad — whichever door they come through is answered in seconds and sent to the right place.

    The phone rings

    • Picked up at any hour, in a voice that sounds human
    • Asked the right questions before anything is booked
    • Dropped straight into the diary, not a callback list
    • Handled in Spanish if that is what they speak
    • Passed to a person the moment it is worth a person

    Voice AIAuto-bookSmart IQ

    They message instead

    • Answered on SMS, email, Facebook and Instagram in seconds
    • Site chat that works out what they actually need
    • Notes the service, the urgency and the preference
    • Steps aside for a human on request
    • Starts the follow-up without being told to

    Multi-platform24/7 repliesQualify

    A form or an ad

    • Every submission starts the ten-day sequence
    • Chased by email, by text and by a real call
    • Sent to whoever handles that kind of job
    • Tagged with where it came from, so spend is judgeable
    • Handed to a consultation without a manual step

    FormsAdsNurture

  2. They are not ready yet

Ten days, three channels, no diary note required. The follow-up that never happens is the one that costs the most.

Days one to three — email

    • A welcome that leads with the offer
    • What you actually do, already written
    • Proof, where there is proof
    • One decision: book, or ask us

Days four to seven — text

    • Something with a date on it
    • A short line of proof
    • A link that books in one tap
    • Urgent without being a pest

Days eight to ten — a call

    • A friendly one, not a chase
    • Ready for the three objections you always get
    • Books there and then
    • Leaves a message worth calling back
  3. The appointment holds

Confirmed on the spot, reminded three times, and rescued inside the hour on the days it slips anyway.

    Booked, and they know it

    • A text with the details, immediately
    • A real calendar invite for Google and Outlook
    • The email version for the people who file things
    • A short set of questions answered before the day

    Three nudges, then the appointment

    • A day out, by text and email
    • An hour out: it is nearly time
    • Fifteen minutes: last call
    • Rescheduling takes one tap, not a phone call

    And when it slips anyway

    • A call inside the hour, without anyone noticing
    • Finds out what actually went wrong
    • Puts them back in the diary on the same call

    Calls back70% recovery target

  4. The good jobs get seen

Reviews stop being something a person has to remember on a Friday and become something that just happens.

    Asked at the right moment

    • A quick “how did we do” two hours afterwards
    • A happy answer gets the Google and Facebook link
    • An unhappy one comes to you first, privately
    • Aimed at five to ten reviews a month

    And answered

    • Every good review gets a reply
    • One that reads like you wrote it
    • A bad one gets care, not a template
    • Anything serious lands on your phone

    Then put to work

    • Pulled onto the site automatically
    • Placed where people hesitate
    • Feeding the local search ranking as it goes
  5. They come back

The stage almost nobody builds, and the only one that compounds. You already paid to win this customer once.

    Staying in touch

    • A reminder when the season calls for one
    • A check-in every quarter
    • Something on a birthday or an anniversary
    • An annual look at what they need next

    Answering the small stuff

    • The same five questions, answered at any hour
    • Rescheduling that never reaches your desk
    • "Where are you up to with mine?"
    • Finding the paperwork they have lost

    Waking the list up

    • Six months quiet is a trigger, not a write-off
    • A reason to come back, not a guilt trip
    • A referral ask every month
    • A quiet VIP tier for the regulars

4 steps · delivered within 24 business hours

From share link to first booked lead

Four steps, and an installation PDF written for the funnel you bought. If you would rather skip all four, installation is a $175 add-on.

  1. 01

Pick the funnel that matches your offer

Not your industry — your offer. A $47 tripwire and a $9,000 consulting programme need different funnel shapes, and the catalog is organised that way so you cannot pick wrong by accident.

    • 6 offer types
    • Full contents listed before you buy
    • Real setup time on every product page
    Browse the catalog
  2. 02

Load the share link into your sub-account

You get a GoHighLevel share link. Open it as your agency, choose the sub-account, confirm. Loading takes under four minutes, and configuration takes between eight and twenty-two depending on the funnel.

    • Nothing in your sub-account is overwritten
    • Every asset prefixed with the funnel name
    • A setup guide written for that specific funnel
    Read the import guide
  3. 03

Swap the custom values and publish

Every headline, price, sender name and offer URL runs from a custom value, so rebranding is a settings screen rather than a page-editing session. Publish the core path, run one real lead through it, then publish the branches.

    • 4–6 fields to change
    • Workflows arrive in draft on purpose
    • Test-and-clean checklist included
    See the setup FAQ
  4. 04

Or hand the whole thing to us

Installed, rebranded, rewritten for your offer, connected and tested in 48 hours. If the snapshot is only 80% right, we build the last 20% — the shop and the build studio are the same team.

    • 48-hour snapshot install
    • 9-day custom funnel builds
    • Monthly retainer for agencies

Sample entries · real ones to follow

This is where the reviews will go

The drum is live and the layout is finished — the words in it are not. We have not published a customer review yet, and we are not going to write one to fill the gap.

These are sample entries showing how reviews will appear here. We have not published a real customer review yet — the first ones go up as soon as we hold written permission for them.

Sample entrysample

Agency owner, Independent GHL agency

This is a sample review, here so you can see how a real one will look. The layout, the stars and the product link are all live — only the words are waiting. The first real review goes up the moment a customer gives us one to publish.

HVAC Funnel Snapshot

Sample entrysample

Operations lead, Multi-location service business

A second sample, so the drum has something to turn. When we publish real reviews they will name the person, their business and which snapshot they bought, and we will hold written permission for every one of them.

Dental Funnel Snapshot

Sample entrysample

Marketing manager, Home services group

Not every sample is five stars, because not every real review will be. We would rather show a four with a reason attached than a wall of fives nobody believes.

Plumbing Funnel Snapshot

Sample entrysample

Founder, Coaching business

The fourth and last sample. Everything on this card — the name, the role, the rating, the product it links to — is a real field waiting for real content, not decoration.

What exactly is a GoHighLevel snapshot?

A snapshot is GoHighLevel’s own way of packaging a sub-account. It carries funnels, websites, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, triggers, custom fields, custom values and tags, and it can be loaded into any sub-account you own. Everything we sell here is a funnel-focused snapshot — the pages plus the automation behind them.

How do I import a snapshot into GoHighLevel?

You get a share link. Open it while logged in as your agency, choose the sub-account to load it into, and confirm. Most of our snapshots finish importing in under two minutes and are configured in eight to twenty-two minutes depending on the funnel. There is a full walkthrough in our guide to importing a GHL snapshot.

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?

Yes. Snapshots load into a GoHighLevel sub-account, so you need at least a Starter agency plan. We are not a reseller and we do not bundle a GoHighLevel subscription.

Will a snapshot overwrite what is already in my sub-account?

No. Loading a snapshot adds assets alongside what is there. Names can collide, so we prefix every asset with the funnel name, which makes it trivial to find and, if you change your mind, to remove.

Can I use one snapshot across several client sub-accounts?

Yes. A single licence covers unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency. The only thing the licence excludes is reselling or redistributing the snapshot itself as a product.
