The script is written from your calls, not a template
We start by listening to what already happens on your phone: the questions people ask, the ones your team asks back, the point at which a caller decides to book. The script comes out of that, so the receptionist asks what your business needs to know rather than what a generic flow assumes.
That includes the awkward parts. A caller who wants a price you cannot give over the phone, a caller who is already a customer, a caller who is trying to sell you something — each one needs a defined path or the call ends badly.
Booking rules are where most setups leak
Different jobs need different slot lengths, different lead times and different people. A receptionist that drops everything into a one-hour slot will double-book you inside a fortnight. We map the job types to the calendar rules first and test them against your actual diary.
A week of listening is included on purpose
The first week of transcripts is the only honest test of a call script. We read all of it, list what went wrong, and fix it before you are on your own with it. That week is the reason this is a service and not a checkbox.
