One at a time is the point
Unlimited-request retainers fail when everything is in flight at once and nothing ships. One active request means every item gets finished, tested and handed back before the next one starts — which is why the average turnaround holds at two to four days.
Split tests get called, not just launched
Every test we set up gets a stated hypothesis, a minimum sample and a date it will be called. Tests that are launched and never resolved are worse than no tests, because they cost traffic and produce a false sense of rigour.
Pause months are normal
Seasonal businesses and agencies between launches pause and come back. There is no contract and no reactivation fee, because a retainer that has to be defended with a contract was not worth keeping.
