A snapshot is GoHighLevel’s own way of packaging a sub-account. It carries funnels, websites, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, triggers, custom fields, custom values and tags, and it can be loaded into any sub-account you own. Everything we sell here is a funnel-focused snapshot — the pages plus the automation behind them.

You get a share link. Open it while logged in as your agency, choose the sub-account to load it into, and confirm. Most of our snapshots finish importing in under two minutes and are configured in eight to twenty-two minutes depending on the funnel. Yes. Snapshots load into a GoHighLevel sub-account, so you need at least a Starter agency plan. We are not a reseller and we do not bundle a GoHighLevel subscription.

No. Loading a snapshot adds assets alongside what is there. Names can collide, so we prefix every asset with the funnel name, which makes it trivial to find and, if you change your mind, to remove.

Yes. A single licence covers unlimited sub-accounts inside your own agency. The only thing the licence excludes is reselling or redistributing the snapshot itself as a product.

Yes, and updates are free for the life of the licence. When GoHighLevel changes something that affects a funnel — and it does, regularly — we rebuild and reissue the share link, and you get an email with what changed.

The funnel pages, every workflow, the email and SMS copy, the pipeline and stages, the tags, custom fields and custom values, the forms and calendars, a setup guide written for that specific funnel, and support. There is no separate charge for the automations.

No. Despite the name, FunnelThemeShop sells GoHighLevel snapshots and done-for-you funnel work only. There are no downloadable theme files, HTML templates or design kits here.

Between eight and twenty-two minutes depending on the funnel; each product page states its own figure. That covers swapping custom values, adding your brand assets and connecting a calendar or payment provider. Rewriting the copy for your offer takes longer and is the part most people underestimate.

You need SMS and email enabled on the sub-account — GoHighLevel’s own LC Phone and LC Email are fine, as are your own Twilio and Mailgun. Funnels with a checkout need a payment provider connected; Stripe and NMI support one-click upsells, PayPal does not.

Every funnel snapshot works on Starter. Only the retainer’s white-label tier assumes an Unlimited or SaaS Pro plan, and that is a service, not a snapshot.

Nine working days from the offer call to handover, and the schedule is published day by day on the service page. Multi-funnel packages run three to five weeks.

Yours. You add us as a user with defined permissions and remove us at handover. Nothing we build is hosted by us or dependent on us.
