Refund policy

Snapshots

All sales are final. Once the order is created and the snapshot share link has been sent, the funnel cannot be un-delivered — it exists in your account permanently and there is nothing left for us to take back. So a snapshot is not refundable, and we say so on the product page, in the basket and on the checkout screen before you pay rather than afterwards.

Sending the link is the point of no return. Everything before it is reversible; nothing after it is.

What we do instead

A final-sale policy is only fair if you can find out everything you need first, so the whole site is built around that:

• A free call before you buy. A walk-through of the funnel, or an honest answer about which one fits your offer. No charge, and nobody chases you afterwards.
• Every product page states what ships — the manifest, the website pages, the delivery terms and the installation terms — in full, without a paywall and without a counted promise we could not stand behind.
• Free updates for life. When a funnel is rebuilt or extended, the new link comes to you.
• If something in a snapshot is genuinely broken, we fix it and reissue the link at no charge, and everyone else who owns it gets the fix too.

Delivery

Delivered within 24 business hours of purchase confirmation. Our counter is open 9am to 5pm Central, Monday to Friday, so a Friday evening order goes out on Monday rather than over the weekend. If a delivery does not arrive inside that window, tell us — that is a failure to deliver rather than a refund question, and it is on us to put right.

The installation add-on

The optional $175 installation is a service rather than a file, so it is refundable in full up until we start work. Once the import has begun it is not, because the work has been done in your account.

Services

Done-for-you service work is refundable up to the point work starts, minus any third-party costs already committed. Once a build is underway:

• Before the funnel map is approved — full refund of the deposit.
• After the map, before build — 50% of the deposit, because the strategy work is delivered and yours to keep.
• During build — no refund, but we finish and hand over what has been built, in your sub-account, with the walkthrough.

Retainers

Billed monthly in advance and cancellable any month. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge a reactivation fee if you come back. Anything already in the queue when you cancel gets finished.

If you think something has gone wrong

Email Show email with your order reference before doing anything else. A final-sale policy is not a refusal to talk: if a link never arrived, arrived broken, or is not the product the page described, that is our problem to fix and we will fix it.
